All drivers are apparently up to date, both operating systems Running my MBP in Mac OSX, with one monitor plugged into a Lightning port, and another plugged into the HDMI port, both monitors work perfectly (simultaneously), so it is not a hardware issue. Any monitor plugged into the second port (as the only monitor) is not recognised. Window, Intel control panel or display preferences pane.Īdditionally, (only in Bootcamp Windows 10) the second Lightning port on the laptop does not seem to work. However, if both are plugged in at the same time the monitor plugged into the Lightning port is no longer recognised by the computer it does not even show up as a device in the device manager ![]() The HDMI port, it also works perfectly as a secondary display. if I have one monitor plugged into a lightning port, it works perfectly as an extended secondary display. When I have two monitors plugged into my laptop running Windows 10 on Bootcamp, only one monitor will be recognised at a time.
